Construction

Extensive Experience and Management Skills

The most common reason for late deliveries in the U.S. is that supplies do not arrive on time. In particular, major ports have been congested recently, and it has taken longer than expected to procure building materials, including supplies from Japan. To prevent such delays, our professionals, who have more than 30 years of experience in the industry as construction supervisors, will proactively place orders for supplies as early as possible and start construction as soon as construction permits are received from construction authorities.

During construction, the person in charge of the project will make frequent site visits and stay in close contact with the contractor and building management to confirm the project status as required to ensure that the work is being done according to the construction drawings and that there are no schedule changes. This will allow us to finish on schedule even in the U.S., where project delays are commonplace. After construction is complete, we will provide aftercare throughout the warranty period and prepare a set of documents for landlord subsidy applications. We also have construction insurance, which is rare for a Japanese company, so you can rest assured that we will be there for you in case any damages are incurred.
