■Architect

Must have undergone education and training as an architect and possess design experience in Japan or the United States. Those with AIA and first-class architect qualification are welcome.

• Standard software used: AutoCAD, Revit

■Interior Designer

We are looking for individuals who either have experience designing offices, restaurants, commercial facilities, hotels, research facilities, factories, and so on, or who have a desire to design buildings such as these. Those who can create renderings (3D perspective drawings) using Revit, Rhinoceros, or V-Ray Software are welcome.

• Standard software used: AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros, V-Ray

■Construction Manager

Experience in construction management and construction management duties outside Japan.
