We requested property research, design, construction work and furniture procurement for our office opening project. The situation was such that we could not visit Cambridge, Massachusetts in the United States and verify the situation at the worksite, due to the continuing coronavirus pandemic. This made the experience a quite anxious one, with our particular concerns about the progress of the construction work and also about sustaining the level of quality. Regular meetings held through Zoom, together with thoughtful responses, as well as sincere and rapid responsive actions to a variety of additions and changes we requested, along with a proper process control that included site management, together with the powerful support offered by YT made it possible to have a very satisfying and wonderful office completed without incident and within the scheduled time. All of our project team members are very grateful.
